Dear Paul,
I wanted to thank you for all of your hard work over the last few months. I have used your services previously and have always found you meticulous, honest and very prompt in dealing with our enquiries. However, at the end of last year you went well above and beyond your professional obligations when you helped us move house.
When I found what i described as 'The Peter Perfect House' we were very nervous about making such a considerable financial investment. Before we even looked at mortgages you went through our budgets and advised on all aspects and costs of our potential move. At this stage we could have walked away without proceeding yet you never made us feel that we were wasting your time.
When we finally made an offer you lived through the highs and lows of us losing the house twice, only to then have our offer accepted providing we moved in 4 weeks which took us up to just before Christmas. You found us the best mortgage, explained the product and why it best suited us, continued to liase with the bank and held our hand through the entire process.
You then spent a Saturday morning with us looking at all of the insurance protection we needed and even advised us that we were being too overly cautious in places where cover could be reduced and thus save us money.
Having just spent our first Christmas in our new home all we can say is that it is 'Peter Perfect' and we would not be there if it wasn't for you. You kept us sane throughout what was a stressful few months and took all of the pressure and worry away. We really cannot thank you enough and would highly recommend you to anyone who requires your financial services. People who look after their clients like you do are really hard to come by.

I first met Paul via a friend when i mentioned i was looking for a mortgage. My friend kindly suggested Paul and said he would give me the very best advice and mortgage deal. I contacted Paul and arranged a meeting. I was very surprised when i saw him, I expected him to be a lot older due to his voice and level of expertise.
When dealing with Paul i found him to be a man of his word and very honest which seem to be rare qualities these days !
Aswell as the best mortgage deal available in the market, Paul set up buildings & contents and life & critical illness insurance for me and even helped me fill out all the solicitors documents which i didn't understand as a first time buyer.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent service that i have received from yourself.
My own and wifes personal insurance policies were in a bit of a mess, due to poor advice from my previous insurance broker. I had eight separate policies with various companies and my wife had six separate policies. We were paying well over the odds for our life & critical illness insurance without realising it.

I write to recommend the services of Paul Spooner and his company Optimum Financial Solutions. As i approached the end of my fixed rate mortgage I was recommended to Paul by a friend so I asked Paul to visit me and discuss the options open to me. After spending several hours listening to me speculate about my plans to move house in the future, I finally decided to stay put as we agreed it would be a step too far financially for me. Dear Paul,
I would like to thank you for the work you recently carried out on my behalf. I was in the process of re-mortgaging my house when my colleague suggested that i give you a call. My current lender had already made an offer and you came and reviewed this for me against the whole of the open market. After looking at the alternatives you told me that I would be no better off moving provider and that i should stay where i was. By the time i had paid for set up fees with another lender i would lose any financial benefit of changing.
